Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, after receiving your item(s), you change your mind for any reason, we will accept returns* for up to 30 days after the date your item(s) was purchased. The product(s) must be in new condition and in original packaging. We will issue a refund after we receive the product back and it has been inspected. We do not provide refunds for shipping of items that are returned to us unless it is being returned due to being defective or an error in our shipment to you.
* Note - There are no returns accepted for fabric that has been cut from the bolt unless defective or our error. Also, due to copyright laws, we do not accept returns on patterns.
