* Purchasing through our website is convenient and secure. 

* All orders are processed manually and your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be shipped to you. 

* Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal for orders being shipped to you. We will also accept cash or debit for orders being picked up at our store.  We do not accept personal cheques or money orders. 

* All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.

* The shopping platform is based on the metric system. However, for your convenience, we try to include both metric and imperial measurements for items such as panels and in pattern listings. 

* Prices shown do not include tax or shipping. 

* Note: some items are available online only and not available to be purchased during in-store shopping. (This is due to space limitations in store). If you see a 'website only' item online that you would like to purchase and pay for during a visit to the store, please place your order online and mark 'C.O.D' as your payment choice. We will process your order and let you know when it's ready to be picked up.
